Student Accident Insurance
Historically, Converse County School District #2, has purchased student accident insurance for all our students enrolled in the schools within our district each year. Due to funding cuts by the state, the school district has eliminated the funding for the purchase of any student insurance, effective 8/1/17.
The district will be offering K-12 Student Accident Insurance which parents may purchase for their child(ren) at a minimal cost. If you are interested, please contact your student(s) school secretary, Athletic Director, or coach.

Please print and fill out the Student Proof of Insurance Form prior to participating in school sports. The form can be turned into the coach.
